Hey there! 👋 I'm Silvia, co-founder of Kula Connect. Originally from a small town in Piedmont, Italy, my academic journey led me across the globe. I studied Economics and Management at the University of Milan and pursued a Master's in Management at ESCP, immersing myself in diverse cultures across four countries. Through internships at BMW Bank, Amazon, Moss, and Trade Republic, I delved into finance, strategy, and project management. Now based in Amsterdam, I work as a Management Associate at Riverty for the Payments Business Unit Lead.

I thrive on new challenges and connecting with individuals who have incredible stories. An exchange at IIMA in India intensified my curiosity about the country's remarkable growth and startup landscape. Interacting with people from different backgrounds, both in Europe and India, fueled my passion for learning and connecting. Inspired by these experiences, I'm driven to create a space where such conversations flourish, connecting like-minded individuals for mutual learning and growth.

Hello everyone 🤝, I am Giuseppe one of the co-founders of Kula Connect

Hailing from the sun-kissed landscapes of South Italy. My academic journey began in Milan, studying Business administration and management

Seeking a broader perspective, I then pursued a Master's in Management at ESCP in Paris, deepening my understanding of global business dynamics but also allowing me to embrace the richness of diverse cultures.

Eager to further broaden my horizons, I embarked on an exciting exchange semester at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, immersing myslef in the vibrant business landscape of India. During this period I not only gained valuable insights but also fostered connections with fellow global-minded individuals that lead me to create Kula Connect

I have had different work experiences, first in Consulting and then working in different scaleups in growth roles always with the ambition of having a greater impact on my community and help other people thrive.

In my free time, my heart belongs to the thrill of skiing and staying active outdoor. Furthermore, my enthusiasm for meeting new people and discovering other cultures brings me to travel the world.

Bonjour everyone! 🌟 I'm Onkar, one of the co-founders of Kula Connect!

Originally from the picturesque city nestled in the mountains of Pune, India 🏞️, my journey has been a blend of finance, academia, and global exploration. As a qualified chartered accountant, I honed my skills at KPMG before venturing into the automotive industry boom in Germany! 🚗

Fuelled by curiosity, I pursued my Master in Management at ESCP Business School, soaking in the magic of diverse cultures and seizing opportunities through internships across Europe. From foundations in the UK to startups in Germany, and strategy for a historic French corporation, each experience enriched my understanding of global markets.

Living and working across European capitals, I've witnessed the strong business and cultural ties between Europe and India. Despite the distance, the connection is palpable, with India's influence resonating in European ecosystems and vice versa. I'm excited to further explore and nurture this cross-border friendship! 🌍

Hi Kula Readers, I’m Francesco.

Born and raised in Milan, I’ve always sought to push myself further, living a year in Colorado (USA) during high school and in India in Bangalore and Chennai during my master's degree and internship. I studied Economics and Business Administration and hold a double degree in Management from Bocconi University and IIM Bangalore.

I've worked in a chartered accountant firm in Milan, LDP Tax & Law, and at an IT Service-services management company in Chennai, Prodapt. I've always been involved in projects related to Finance, Consulting, and Sales.

I joined this project because India is close to my heart and continues to capture my attention. Even my thesis was related to Indian techno-nationalism. In love with Indian food and culture, I often nostalgically think back to the people I've met and the amazing moments shared. In Kula Connect, I see a tool to maintain this magical connection I've created.

However, I believe there is still much ignorance towards India in Europe, and I'm here for this reason. I hope that our work can strongly stimulate exchanges between these two realities, boosting the economic fabric of small-medium businesses, and creating a strong network to foster mutual growth!

Hey everyone!

I'm Riccardo and I come from Lecco, right by the stunning Lake Como.

I'm all about adventure and have always been keen on expanding my horizons through travel. This wanderlust took me to India, where I spent an incredible 9 months in Bangalore as part of the Double Degree Program between IIMB and Bocconi, my home university. Professionally, I've mainly worked in finance across Luxembourg and Italy.

My time in India was eye-opening—I met fascinating people, immersed myself in the culture, and totally fell for the country. That’s why I joined Kula Connect. I’m here to keep my connection with India strong and to explore the limitless opportunities it offers.

My aim is to help Kula grow and to strengthen the ties between my home country, Italy and my second home, India. I believe we have much to gain from each other! I’m excited about what we can achieve together and can't wait to meet all of you on this amazing journey.
